My name is Jamie Muzik and I am proud to be a Mortgage Specialist with the Castle Mortgage Group, which is partnered with The Mortgage Group (TMG), one of the largest lending specialists in Canada.

It has been my experience that clients want 3 questions answered when they initially meet with me regarding their mortgage and borrowing requirements. What's in it for me? Why should I deal with you? What makes you different from the bank or the next mortgage specialist?

I know that every client's situation is going to be unique and my job is to educate clients to assist them to make the best informed decisions for their individual borrowing needs. My objective as a Mortgage Specialist is to provide my clients with the best possible guidance and service, while passing on my knowledge throughout the process in order to ensure that it is a pleasurable and hassle-free experience.

Working closely with the Castle Mortgage Group allows me to access over 35 lenders in order to find my clients the best possible rates. Best of all, my expertise and that of the Castle Mortgage Team, is available to my clients free of charge. I am compensated by the financial institutions whose lending solutions best fit my clients' individual needs.

Whether it's your first home or your dream home, it is my mission to work directly with you to develop the strategy necessary to turn your dreams into reality. Even after the paper work is signed and the boxes are unpacked in your new home, I am always just a phone call or e-mail away to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Also, I am always available to extend the same professional experience to any of your family members or friends that may require my services for either a new mortgage or a refinance.
